MTS Board Self-Nomination Information

As we prepare to elect a new McChord Thrift Shop Board for the 2025-2026 year, we invite all interested parties to review the following information regarding the McChord Thrift Shop’s general operation and various Board position details. If after reviewing such, you believe yourself qualified, capable, and willing to carry out the duties of an MTS Board member, please complete the last page of the packet and return to the store or email it to mcchordthriftshop@gmail.com.

MTS 2025-2026 Board Self-Nomination Packet

Positions opening in the 25-26 Board Year:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Parliamentarian

Minimum monthly time requirements:

  • Board meeting (approx. 2 hours).

  • 4 hours, outside of board meetings, volunteering with the MTS.

  • Any other time required to complete position duties. Varies based on position, see nomination packet for details.
